North East Essex CCG is seeking suitably qualified service providers to engage in a significant market engagement exercise for a range of Community and Mental Health services. North East Essex CCG has categorised the services to be tested into 7 separate groupings as follows: Care Closer to Home: 1. Reablement 2. Community Gateway 3. Virtual Ward 4. Community Mental Health/Learning Disabilities 5. Therapies 6.Planned Care 7.Falls & Continence North East Essex believe that market engagement is essential to inform our market knowledge, the opportunities for service integration and indeed the rationale for decisions as to the most appropriate route to market.
