Tender description

Halton Borough Council is looking for a Supplier to provide a Courier Service for Halton Libraries to transport skips (max. weight per skip - 10kg) of book stock between the 4 library service points on a weekly basis. There is also requirement for a monthly delivery of Bookstart packs to play/health centres within the Borough. There is the option to request additional deliveries/collections as and when required. The weekly courier service would run for 50 weeks each year and there are 11 Bookstart deliveries each year (no delivery in December).
