In accordance with Government Procurement Services Local Authority Software Applications: Social Care systems framework, RM1059/L6, Bath and North East Somerset Council (“the Council”) invites tenders for the provision of: a) a new child-centric solution to support effective case management of Children’s social care interactions b) a new Care Act compliant solution to support effective case management of Adult social care interactions and all the financial functionality required to underpin this c) the services necessary to implement these solutions and d) subsequent support and maintenance services
