The Establishment of A Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Fleet Vehicles (Contract Lease)

Tender description

Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) wishes to engage in a competitive process to establish a Multi -party framework agreement of 2 years’ duration for the provision of Fleet Services (Contract Hire). Horse Racing Ireland has a small fleet of company vehicles. It is unlikely during the duration of this framework that current numbers will significantly change. The current overall fleet size consists of approx. 14 cars and 3 vans. The services required include but are not limited to the provision of cars and vans to Horse Racing Ireland by way of long term lease/short term lease. At the discretion of Horse Racing Ireland; scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, NCT and DOE Testing, breakdown assistance and vehicle repairs may also be availed of under this framework. It is anticipated that 8 Horse Racing Ireland fleet vehicles will be refreshed during the lifetime of this framework, however, the contracting authority provides no guarantee to lease a specific quantity of vehicles from a particular economic operator over the life time of the framework.
