** Please note the Sussex CCGs will be the Contracting Authorities, led by Brighton and Hove CCG, not NHS South of England Procurement Services as indicated above.*** Notice of intention to create a Framework Agreement between Sussex CCGs and prospective providers for • hospital based inpatient specialised mental health services for adults • hospital based inpatient care for adults with learning disability It is the intention of the CCGs that an advert announcing the beginning of the formal procurement stage and inviting tenders will be placed on Contract Finder at the end of April. Interested parties wishing to participate can express their interest and register their details on the IN-tend eTender system website (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/soepscommissioning) to gain access to further information and obtain the tender documents when they are published.
