Supported Housing and Supported Living Scheme for People With a Mental Health Diagnosis

Tender description

This is a Contract Award Notice.The aim of the scheme is to provide 24 hour support in short term accommodation (2 years) for clients with severe and enduring mental health conditions. The support is for habitation and rehabilitation whilst increasing independence and working in line with each resident's care plan. It will require a multi agency approach and close working relationship with West Berkshire's Community Mental Health Team. The above scheme is currently operating and is now being retendered. It is important to note that the contract is for all of the above listed provision and will not be on a lesser or greater basis. The successful organisation will demonstrate the ability to implement the council's mandate for providing high quality, person centred, local services for local people.
