Tender description

The CCG is seeking to appoint an organisation to undertake Building Condition Surveys across its area. The outcome of this will form the fundamentals for the CCG Estate Strategy. To feed into the Estate Strategy, the CCG requires data assessments to be established to understand its business critical potential failure risks over the following 10 years.
