Opportunity to tender for the appointment of consultants to undertake a Sustainability Appraisal and associated assessments of the Chelmsford City Local Plan Chelmsford City Council (CCC) invites tenders from consultants who must have extensive practical experience in undertaking Sustainability Appraisal, Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Regulations Assessment (SA/SEA/HRA) on Planning Authority development planning documents. This includes a strong and evidenced track record of preparing SA/SEA/HRAs reports on for example Local Plans, Core Strategies and Development Control Policies prepared since the introduction of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
