Futures Housing Group (FHG) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and financially sound economic operator with provisions for dealing with Japanese Knotweed and other Invasive Weeds within the areas operated by Futures Housing Group Ltd and its subsidiary companies which includes: Futures Homescape Ltd with offices based in Derbyshire Daventry & District Housing Ltd with an office based in Northamptonshire Futures Greenscape Ltd based offices based in both areas above. Five Doorways Homes Ltd new homes development based in both areas above. The period of this contract will be two years with a six month initial period. The Contract will have break points determined by performance and delivering value for money. The client reserves a unilateral right to extend for a further period not exceeding two years. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the goods & services covering our locations as and when required during the contract period.
