Futures Housing Group Ltd seeks to appoint a suitable qualified, experienced and financially sound economic operator/s to carry out the following services: - Call monitoring for our social care alarms systems which are ether hardwired or dispersed systems, providing a covering 24 hrs 7 days a week 365 days a year cover. - Managing our 'Out of hours' calls including Bank Holidays for all types of emergency repairs from out tenants homes. The above scope includes all sheltered schemes and individual call alarms and properties throughout its housing stock for call monitoring, all properties are owned or managed by: - Futures Homescape Ltd based in the Amber Valley region of the East Midlands - Daventry & District Housing Ltd in Northamptonshire. The period of this contract will be three years including a six month initial period and with unilateral right to extend for a further period not exceeding two further years.
