Evaluation of the ERDF Economic Infrastructure Project and Future Recommendations For Bolsover Town Centre

Tender description

Bolsover District Council (BDC) requires a supplier to carry out an end of project evaluation for the Bolsover ERDF Economic Infrastructure Project. The report will evaluate the project in its entirety and provide recommendations for how the growth of the town centre will continue following the completion of the ERDF project. The contract value of this tender is up to £10,000 and should be delivered by the 19th June 2015. The ERDF project commenced on 1st January 2014 and will end on 30th June 2015. (Please note that BDC have applied for additional ERDF funding to extend the project until the 31st December 2015. If additional funding is granted, confirmation of which is imminent, the supplier will be awarded the contract and the contract period will be extended to the 31st December with the final report being produced for mid December 2015. A decision has been made to tender the evaluation report now to enable BDC to achieve profiled ERDF spend should additional funding not be granted to extend the project period).
