Provision of a Housing Advice and Homelessness Case Management Information Solution

Warrington Borough Council requires an ‘off-the-shelf’ case management information solution with automated workflow and document management functionality, to assist with delivery of the following homelessness services: Homelessness prevention and advice Homelessness applications, reviews and appeals in accordance with the Governments statutory process and timescales. Management of temporary accommodation. Production of statutory returns. Implementation, maintenance and support are required. Data migration from the existing system is highly desirable. The Council requires a fully operative solution by 1st June 2015. The Council requires a contract for 36 months plus an optional 2 x 12 months extension, at the Council’s discretion. To ensure that everything is logged and audited, only correspondence, questions and clarifications raised in The Chest will be addressed by the Council. The Council will not respond to any e-mails, letters or telephone calls regarding this opportunity. The Council will look to select the Provider offering the best value proposal based on price and the response to the specification available to those Providers who register and express an interest. Please note that the Council will not be able to respond to questions and clarifications on this opportunity from 03 February 2015.
