It is at the heart of Irish Horseracing, providing a wide variety of betting options for all race goers. All the profits made by Tote Ireland are used for the improvement of Irish Horseracing. It is a commercial semi-state body that took over the functions previously carried out by the Irish Horse Racing Authority. HRI subsidiaries include Irish Thoroughbred Marketing Ltd (ITM), Tote Ireland Ltd. and HRI Racecourse Division. Tote Ireland Ltd. wishes to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced individual or company to assist with the market research specification, procurement and implementation of a Tote Wagering System and related system functionality.
