Tender description

The new Public Contracts regulation 2015 prescribes that all public authorities will have to implement an e-tendering system within 4 years. This purchase is for an e-Tendering solution to electronically produce, send and receive tenders back in secure manner, that will: ? Save the Council time and money ? Promote partnership working and sharing skills ? Provide environmental and financial benefits The solution adopted will encompass the complete end-to-end tendering process, including creating and publishing the contract notice, the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and the Invitation to Tender (ITT) as well as managing the tender process through to contract award; and the subsequent management of the contract.
