Tender description

The Surveyor of the Fabric must be a conservation accredited architect or building surveyor with an acknowledged reputation for working on ancient monuments and grade 1 listed buildings. He/she will set standards for conservation practices, specifications, and quality assurance and advise on training and up-skilling our professional construction staff, helping establish a directly employed labour force and fostering a sense of innovation and problem-solving in the estates team. .
