Procurement Project Management for Repairs, Maintenance, Cyclical, Gas and Planned Works

Tender description

The Client is seeking to procure consultancy services to project manage and oversee the full procurement process including overseeing the preparation of all tender documentation and report thereon for the procurement of a repairs and maintenance, cyclical, gas servicing and planned work contracts to commence on 1st July, 2016. However there is an option to extend the commencement date to 1st September, 2016 should this demonstrate a more realistic timetable that will ensure a fully compliant procurement process is achieved. The Client expects the Project Manager to manage the entire process; however it is an expectation that the Project Manager will have procurement expertise, or if this is not the case access to procurement advice as part of this commission. It is also expected that any administration support required for taking minutes of meetings, producing agendas, evaluation templates, updating and checking templates, etc. and producing an audit trail of work will be included within the consultants commission.
