Tender description
The Department seeks to procure a training specialist to design and produce training for at least 26 OVMs to upskill them as ‘trainers’ (training the trainer) for them to subsequently train other OVMs. We aim to train two OVMs for each of the Local Education and Training Board geographical areas in England . Timing however is tight. The training plan must be finalised by the end of March 2015. The new Regulations and therefore new responsibilities will come into force on 6 April 2015 subject to parliamentary approval and we will be seeking to train the trainers, in a face-to-face environment, as close to this date as possible.
