Tender description

NHSBT (NHS Blood and Transplant) requires a National Fire Advisory Service with CAD services to assistin the management of fire precautions on approximately 90 sites (The property list may change from time totime). Service required: To carry out fire risk assessment on all NHSBT premises in accordance to the RegulatoryReform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Health and Safety Regulations, Firecode compliance and Building regulations.All site inspections and reports must be completed by the end of October each year in order to meet therequirements of the Department of Health Fire Code Certificate deadline and Ad Hoc work as and whenrequired - eg Advice on technical matters including fire detection, alarm systems and fire fighting equipment, firecompartmentation, fire escape issues, equipment interfacing with fire alarm systems including automatic doors,HVAC, etc. Provide CAD services including maintaining service record drawings for the estate.
