Thurrock Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wish to secure Providers for a number of services. The Services are: 24 Hour BP Monitoring Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) is the non-invasive measurement of blood pressure over a prolonged period (usually 24 hours). Anticoagulation Anti-coagulation Monitoring Service is one in which; There is minimisation of potential side effects of warfarin or other oral anticoagulation therapy by utilising regular monitoring to stabilise the International Normalised Ratio (INR) levels of patients while continuing to maximise the effective benefits of such treatment. Gonadorelin Analogue Gonadorelins are used primarily in the treatment of carcinoma of the prostrate and sometimes used in the treatment of breast cancer and endometriosis. There are a number of treatment regimes, which vary in the detail of their programme of administration and main purpose. Secondary Care Wound Management Secondary care wound management service includes but not limited to wound monitoring and dressing changes post operatively, treatment of wound infection and dehiscence (as appropriate), continued management of wounds healing by secondary intention. Vasectomy Vasectomy is indicated when a man wishes to make permanent and irreversible their decision that they should never subsequently conceive a child of their own. It is a voluntary act with the requesting coming from the man willing to be rendered infertile and the procedure maybe offered irrespective of age or marital status. Ultrasound Service Providers will be asked to develop a model or models to serve the South West Essex population and provide ultrasound services with care outside of hospital.
