Tender description

Cork City Council require a 3 year renewal of maintenance and support for our Arcserve Backup Software. We are currently using Arcserve versions 15 and 16.5. We currently have an All Inclusive Managed Capacity license but given our plans to increase the backup of our VM environment we are open to new licensing models. Our environment comprises two locations – main site at City Hall and our DR Site in the north side of the City. We backup 4.4TB on data on Windows Physical Servers and intend to backup up 60 VMs, (mostly Windows Server OS but with some Linux OS comprising 12.3 TB data) on an Arcserve D2D Incremental backup schedule. We have 7 MS Sql Servers. We have 6 (4 in City Hall + 2 in our DR Site) Virtual Hosts comprising a total of 20 CPU Sockets.
