Tender description

Contract awarded to highest scoring tenderer - MCA Communication - following a competitive tender process. The Paris office of Tourism Ireland wished to enter into a contract with a Public Relations Consultancy Services provider for the French market. The appointment is being made by a process of competitive tender using the Open Procedure. The successful organisation/individual will be expected to demonstrate a range of experience/ competencies which will include the ability to: • Work effectively on a day-to-day basis with the local Tourism Ireland team in Paris including the in-house PR/Publicity specialist to propose Publicity and PR initiatives to stimulate positive EAV for Ireland. • Provide expert advice and assistance on an integrated PR and Communications strategy for the promotion of the Island of Ireland in the French Market taking advantage of the latest trends in content dissemination through digital channels. • Provide advice and assistance in designing and implementing an annual programme of pro-active PR/Publicity/ Content activities for the French market. The successful candidate must have an office presence in Paris. Proficiency in both English and French is required.
