Tender description

Contract awarded to highest scoring tenderer - Kelway Limited - following a competitive tender process. Tourism Ireland has a requirement to provide wireless communications in all of its offices including both the Headquarters in Ireland and in the network of market offices across the globe. There are fourteen offices in total and these are Dublin (Headquarters), Coleraine (Headquarters), Glasgow and London in the UK. There are two offices in North America namely Toronto and New York. In Europe we have offices in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Paris, Madrid and Milan. We also have an office in Sydney. Tourism Ireland is seeking a single integrated WIFI solution across all its offices, centrally controlled, replacing or complementing what we already have in place. There is already WIFI in some of our offices and this could either be amalgamated into the proposed setup or replaced by whichever system the successful tenderer chooses to implement. Our New York office (2 access points) has an Apple system while our Dublin office (3 access points) has a Cisco based system. In Coleraine (2 access points), London (1 access point), Paris (2 access points) and Frankfurt (1 access point), a Meraki Enterprise cloud controlled system is in place. The New York and Dublin offices are administered locally while the other offices are managed by the Meraki central console.
