CONTRACT AWARD Audio Visual Production & Support Services - Single-party Framework Agreement

Contract awarded to the highest scoring tenderer - AVTEK Solutions Ltd - following a competitive tender process. Tourism Ireland wished to retain the services of an Audio Visual Production and Support Services supplier to assist in the delivery of its on-going programme of corporate and industry events. The main task of the supplier will be the technical and stage planning and specification of Tourism Ireland events including detailed site surveys and reporting on AV, lighting, staging and broadcast requirements, liaison with other Tourism Ireland subcontractors, as well as on-site management and direction of the events as they take place. Detailed quotations will need to be submitted, agreed and adhered to for each individual event. The successful Vendor must be able to work with Tourism Ireland across all divisions to the highest level and have a proven ability to manage and organise the technical aspects of a wide range of events which could include Ministerial presence, audiences of several hundred guests as well as print and broadcast media. Please note that the commencement date for these services is 1st November 2013 as the first event relating to the provision of these services is scheduled for 2nd and 4th December 2013. Please note that this is a below threshold procurement i.e. the maximum value of the contract over the three-year term will not exceed €180,000 excluding VAT.
