Costs Details of CycComms costs are as follows (to be ordered from SCC): £ Software licensing 382,335.24 Installation 35,634.13 Expenses 3,067.50 North West technical architecture change 25,562.50 Training 18,405.00 Forces’ CLAS consultant/pen testing 60,327.50 Back record conversions 22,597.67 Cyclops annual support/maintenance charge 99,080.25 Sub-total 647,009.37 Regional forces’ costs (including direct labour, 269,439.32 capital expenditure and licences) Total net costs 916,448.69 10% Contingency costs 81,736.84 Total 1st year costs 998,185.53 All the above costs will be refunded in full by the Home Office. There are additional support costs for years 2 - 5 as detailed below which will be ordered direct from Geoff Smith Associates Limited. Each force will have to meet these costs from their respective revenue budgets.
