CCC - BER 2013 - Clare County Council on behalf of Clare Local Authorities is establishing a Framework for BER Assessors.

Tender description

Clare Local Authorities proposes to set up a framework of assessors (on a county at large basis) to provide the BER Certificates/Pre-Works BER Energy Efficiency Improvement Reports as the need arises. The framework will operate for a minimum of three years and may be extended for a further 12 months at the discretion of the Local Authority. Only companies and/or individuals who are currently registered & approved by the SEAI to provide BER Certificate services are eligible to participate in this tender procedure.
