School Lunch Club

Tender description

In Coláiste Mhuire, Buttevant, we run a lunch club on a daily basis for our students. We are currently looking for interested parties to submit tenders for provision of the following food and services; To supply hot rolls, hot wraps, nutritiously filled (see below), and small juice/water. Lunch 1: 12 Inch Salad Rolls specification; lettuce, mayonnaise, freshly cooked chicken strips . Lunch 2: 12 Inch Salad Rolls specification; lettuce, coleslaw, cheese , freshly cooked beef. Lunch 3: 12 inch Wrap; lettuce, mayonnaise, freshly cooked chicken strips . Lunch 4: 6 inch Fruit Bowl : mixed fruit salad All above lunches are served with fruit juice or small bottle of water. To provide two suitable Garda vetted persons to distribute lunches to the students in school assembly Hall from Monday to Friday each week excluding school holidays. To provide bins or refuse bags for the collection of all waste generated. To remove all collected waste from the school premises immediately after the break. To thoroughly clean Assembly Hall immediately after break. To be in position and ready to serve no later than 5 mins before 11 am each day To submit invoices monthly to the school office The number of lunches provided daily usually varies between 140 and 170 depending on demand and will typically be made up of fairly equal numbers of each type of lunch. Should your company be in a position to provide such a service please submit a quotation in the form of price per lunch provided. This price should also factor in the cost of the other services listed on the specification above.
