Operational and administrative assistance on Ireland’s domain of the Union Registry to ensure that the EPA maintains a secure and reliable Union Registry; Assistance and guidance to Irish account holders on the Union Registry to ensure their adherence with the applicable EU legislation; Review and on-going assessment of account documentation to ensure compliance with the applicable EU legislation; Due diligence in relation to new account applications; Helpdesk support for accountholders and for EU ETS Compliance Cycle in 2014; Active liaison with European Commission; Participation in annual user training for Irish account holders Processing of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and Joint Implementation (JI) applications for Letters of Approval; Regular progress reports to Manager.
