Tender description

This is a Contract Award Notice. This contract was for the purchase of a High Resolution Micro CT Scanner for the National University of Ireland, Galway, hereafter also referred to as the University. This tender was for a combined package of two pieces of equipment from a single source to include 1. One Ex Vivo Micro CT scanner for high resolution imaging of biomaterials and biological tissues. 2. One In Vivo Micro CT scanner for high resolution In vivo imaging of biological tissues in small animals. This contract was awarded in January 2014. The successful supplier was Scanco Medical AG, Switzerland.
