Coillte is seeking a supplier to provide a hosted and managed service in the cloud to allow the secure upload, secure storage and secure access to company board papers stored in electronic format. The secure access method needs to support multiple devices not confined to but including Windows Desktop PCs, Portable Laptop PCs, Windows Tablets and Apple iPads. The secure system must support administration of users accounts and user access privileges to electronic documents and electronic document storage areas.
