Waterford City and County Council wish to engage the services of a consultant engineer to carry out a preliminary design up to public consultation stage of the proposed R683 Dunmore Road Green Route phase 2 from L5526 (MayPark lane) to L5528 (Island Lane), including preliminary design of any consequent traffic changes to other streets, plus the detailed design and construction supervision of the portion on the R710 (Outer Ring Road) from the R683 (Outer Ring Road) to the L1523 (Williamstown Road)
