Engineering Consultancy Services For the Kilmeaden to Bilberry Greenway Project (Ch 0 - 4800)

Tender description

Waterford City and County Council plan on constructing a Greenway adjacent to the existing railway line between Kilmeaden and Bilberry in County Waterford. The Kilmeaden to Bilberry railway line is 9.4 kilometres in length. The scope of the services required by Waterford City and County Council consists of all services necessary to prepare detailed contract documents for the 3m wide greenway from Ch 0 - 4800. The Consultant is required to develop detailed design proposals and tender documents for the following elements on the Kilmeaden to Bilberry section of the Greenway: Greenway Design: The Employer requires a horizontal and vertical alignment for the proposed greenway between Kilmeaden Suir Valley Railway Station at Ch 0 and Ch 4800. Tie in to design proposals at the existing bridges Embankment Design Detail design of four railway platforms Detailed Design for the entire scheme Procure Site Investigation required for the design Employer Designed Tender Documents The consultant will be appointed Project Supervisor Design Phase
