1) Provision of additional accommodation - 2 classroom ASD Preschool Unit (special needs suite of accommodation) comprising of the following elements, as detailed in the Letter of approval from the Dept. Of Education and Skills: - 2 Classrooms incorporating: Central activities space / class base / small safe space - Multisensory room - Para -educational room - Staff toilets - Linen/Sluice room - Storage - Office plus External: * 200m² secure hard and soft play area * 100m² sensory garden (subject to Departmental agreement in writing) * 9 car parking spaces for special needs staff 2) Refurbishment of existing classroom area - Replace single glazed, teak windows and doors in classroom, adjacent hallway, and staff toilet with double glazed, UPVC units - Replace/Upgrade sink unit and storage unit - Redecoration of classroom, hallway and staff toilet
