Tender description

The DWP Labour Market and International Affairs Directorate, is seeking consultancy services to support the development of a new claimant segmentation approach. The current system is based around a simple segmentation built within the system, based on key benefits and duration of claims, which has had limited operational applications. The department plan to test a new approach to segmentation, which moves away from "risk" based approach models. This new approach to segmentation will have a greater focus on matching claimants to the most effective interventions to support the claimant into employment.
