Two Single Party Framework Agreements relating to Consultancy on Telemetry Services

Fingal Co.Co. wishes to establish two single party framework agreements relating to Consultancy on Telemetry Services ffor a 5 year period. The scope of the programme is very wide, covering all aspects of the water and sewage telemetry service in Greater Dublin but also the emerging situation with Irish Water. DRTO therefore intend to engage expert telemetry consultancy in 2 Lots. Lot 1 is for the Strategic Programme Manager (SPM) and will initially cover the development of the strategy for the programme. This consultant is then expected to assist DRTO when requested in the supervision of the work of the consultant for Lot 2. However not all work undertaken by Lot 2 will require supervision. Lot 2 is for the Programme Management Consultancy (PMC). This team of consultants will undertake the range of tasks to gather detailed requirements, consider options for and recommend the design of the component systems for the service, take the leading technical role in the procurements of the systems and manage the implementation of these, and the introduction of the new service. Over the life of the frameworks contracts may be awarded by the DRTO, other local authorities or Irish Water.
