Supply, Commission and Maintenance of Pay & Display Machines for Parking

London Borough of Camden is seeking a provider who will be able to supply and commission approximately 400 pay and display machines for on-street parking. The optional lot two relates to the maintenance of machines after the warranty period. All existing machines within Camden will be removed over a phased period, and will be replaced with new machines in locations to be confirmed during the duration of the framework. The council will be looking for machines which are reliable, reduce on-going costs for maintenance and energy in addition to supporting integration with other technology that is in use to provide options for drivers to park legally compliant manner. In addition, to the framework being available for Camden to use some other London boroughs have expressed an interest in the framework. Lot 7947: Supply and Commissioining of Pay & Display Machines for Parking Supply and commissioning of an initial roll-out of new pay and display machines within Camden, in addition supply of additional machines and parts to Camden and other boroughs as identified. All firms must apply for this lot.Firms may apply for Lot 1 - Supply and commissioning of pay & display machines or Lots 1 & 2 - Supply, commissioining and maintenance of pay & display machines. Firms may not apply only for Lot 2 - Maintenance of pay & display machines. Lot 7948: Maintenance of Pay & Display Machines for Parking This lot relates to the maintenance of new pay & display machines, excluding warranty repairs. Existing machines will not be automatically included, as all existing machines will be removed as part of the phased replacement programme. Other boroughs may opt to select the maintenance lot as well, either on preventative and / or re-active maintenance basis.Firms may apply for Lot 1 - Supply and commissioning of pay & display machines or Lots 1 & 2 - Supply, commissioining and maintenance of pay & display machines. Firms may not apply only for Lot 2 - Maintenance of pay & display machines.
