Public Transport Matrix Building Tool

Tender description

Centro is seeking a suitable consultant to develop a matrix building software tool which should be standalone and be able to interface with VISUM software, which is the platform that Centro currently uses for public transport modelling. The tool needs to produce demand matrices in time periods / demand segments based on survey information. The final matrix building tool and software programme in debugged / draft form should be made available to Centro by no later than Friday 6th March 2015. Please note that this project will be awarded on the basis of a price/quality ratio of 40/60, as outlined in the Invitation to Tender letter.
