The objective of this RFT was to invite proposals from suitable venues to host the annual Energy Show from 2015. Numbers of tenders received: 3 tenders Name and address of company awarded the contract: RDS of Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 and with charity registration number CHY1325 Date of contract award: 13/06/2014 The contract will terminate on 12/06/2015 with option to extend annually for a further 3 years Value of contract: Estimated total value of the contract is €280000 Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award: 1)Quality of venue proposed and demonstrated ability to meet all the requirements incorporating best practice including environmental management (scored out of 30) 2)Suitability of location (scored out of 30) 3)Cost (scored out of 40)
