Tender description
Since 2012, a significant programme of evaluation of enterprise supports provided by enterprise development agencies has been undertaken and completed by the Strategic Policy Division in the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation. This involved the systematic evaluation of circa 70 programmes. The primary objective of this project is to understand the additional benefit that may arise for companies from combinations and/or sequencing of Enterprise Ireland financial supports so these supports can be packaged more effectively and ultimately deliver greatest impact for the Irish economy. It is envisaged that a mixed methodology will be applied, featuring a combination of quantitative and qualitative research including econometric analysis and case studies. The maximum budget for this project is €40,000 Ex VAT. Tenderers attention is drawn to the terms and conditions of the services contract in Appendix 6. These terms and conditions cannot be changed. Any clarifications can be made up to three days before the tender deadline.
