Public Relations, Marketing & Communications for Munster Technological University

Tender description

The Institute of Technology, Tralee and Cork Institute of Technology are merging to create the Munster Technological University (MTU). At this stage of the process we require the expertise of a PR company to garner stakeholder and public support for the proposed MTU. The MTU partners are confident in our ability to achieve the reality of Technological University status; however external endorsement and support will be key to the success of the project. We require a public relations and communications plan (June 2014 – Feb 2015); detailing tactics and key messages to engage our internal and external audiences across the identified stages of the merger (pre-merger; merger and post-merger) and designation of TU status, with particular emphasis on the pre-merger phase. On foot of the development of the public relations and communications plan we will require a range of services in the area of public relations, press relations and communications as we seek to communicate our key messages to the various target audiences.
