Tender description
The Life Insurance Division of the Central Bank of Ireland is seeking support to review certain actuarial aspects of the authorisation application for the Voluntary Health Insurance Board (“VHI”). Firms providing actuarial services are invited to tender to produce a report summarising their views on certain actuarial aspects of the authorisation application provided by the VHI to the Central Bank. The main topics on which an opinion will be sought are as follows: • Capital Requirements • Risk Equalisation • Reserving and Pricing • Forward looking planning • Review of FLAOR
