Tender description

The Institute of Technology Blanchardstown is seeking quotations for the supply of Photocopy Multi-Function Device Equipment as identified in Section 5, System Specification document. It is proposed to purchase two devices of type 1 (Lot 1) and three of type 2 (lot 2) Subject to available budget, the Institute may exercise an option to purchase a additional device of type 2 (lot). The Institute of Technology Blanchardstown will make every effort to provide accurate information to Suppliers. However, ITB reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities at the quote prices provided by the suppliers. The project will be completed at fixed cost and as a complete package. The project has been allocated a budget of fifty thousand euro; this figure is inclusive of value added tax. Solutions which exceed the minimum specification will be considered advantageous. As there is no scope to increase the budget allocation, the Institute may at its discretion elect to re-use existing equipment, if a suitable financial proposition is proffered. Suppliers may also tender ‘B’ grade equipment, where a suitable and complete warranty is provided by the originating equipment manufacturer.
