Tender description

• The Heritage Council (HC) invites tenders for a review of existing research and relevant publications, particularly in an Irish context, around contact with the outdoors and natural heritage for children aged 5-12. This will include an analysis of trends, benefits, barriers and possible solutions. This will include: o identification of gaps in research that would improve our understand of the impacts and changes in children’s relationship with the outdoors. o formulation of specific recommendations for additional research and a range of measures that could support children’s engagement with the outdoors and natural heritage.
