Supply of Equipment for LIT Precision Engineering Hub

Tender description

Limerick Institute of Technology is in the process of establishing a Precision Engineering Hub, on a modest scale and in a temporary location initially. It is envisaged that this will subsequently become a purpose designed and fully equipped Precision Engineering Education and Services Centre. The equipment that is the subject of this tender is part of the initial equipping of the Precision Engineering Centre. This tender is divided into lots. Tenderers may apply for one, several or all lots. LIT reserve the right to decide on how such lots will be awarded. Equipment required: Co-Ordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) Portable Measuring Arm (PMA),Video Measuring Machine (VMM),Profile Projector Concentricity Gauge,Granite Surface Tables,Precision Gauging Equipment,Small Scale Measuring Instruments, Portable Surface Texture Measuring Device and a Hardness Testing Machine.
