Provision of environmental decontamination equipment, related goods and services; and/or the provision of decontamination services to Bolton NHS Foundation Trust

Tender description

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust wishes to invite tenders for the aquisition of decontamination equipment (taking into account associated consumables and maintenance over a five year period): and also ad hoc decontamination services for five years. Both the equipment and services must be able to achieve an efficacy of Log 6 by biological indicators and an option to extend by up to 24 months. Different methods of funding/payment will be considered. Lot 6675: Acquisition of environmental decontamination equipment (taking into account associated consumables and maintenance over a five year period) Bolton NHS Foundation Trust wishes to invite tenders for the acquisition of environmental decontamination equipment (taking into account associated consumables and maintenance over a five year period). The equipment must be able to achieve an efficacy of Log 6 by biological indicators. An option to extend any agreement by up to 24 months must be available. Different methods of funding/payment will be considered. It is anticipated that the trust will acquire four machines/sets of equipment for which support in terms of consumables and maintenance must be available. Bidders may bid for either or both lots and the award may be made on the same individual or collective basis. Lot 6683: Acquisition of ad hoc environmental decontamination services for five years. Bolton NHS Foundation Trust wishes to invite tenders for the acquisition of ad hoc environmental decontamination services (taking into account associated consumables and maintenance over a five year period). The services must be able to achieve an efficacy of Log 6 by biological indicators. An option to extend any agreement by up to 24 months must be available. Different methods of funding/payment will be considered. Bidders may bid for either or both lots and the award may be made on the same individual or collective basis.
