The Contracting Authority invites interested teams of suitably qualified candidates (the “Teams”) to complete and return the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (the “PQQ”), for the provision of legal services to the inquiry into the banking crisis (the “Banking Inquiry”). Further details in relation to the requirement are available in the Competition Briefing Document. In order to access this document, interested parties must download and complete the Request for Competition Document form associated with this Notice. Access to the competition documents will be confined to practicing Solicitors and/or Barristers who have a bona fide interest in participating in this competition. Contract has been awarded to Charles S. Meenan S.C., Patrick McCann S.C., Patricia O'Sullivan Lacy B.L. and Niall O'Hanlon B.L.
