The Authority is inviting Applications to appoint a Contractor for: an organisation to provide a self-service portal that allows customers of CityWest Homes and Housing Options (‘Users’) access to their information; the ability to maintain that information; and the ability to submit requests for services. The requirement is for a solution that is hosted and managed by the Contractor or their partners. The purpose of this document is to outline the requirements for the self-service portal
