Request for Project Supervisor Services (build phase) to the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority

Tender description

This Request for Tender (RFT) issued by the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority invites suitably qualified suppliers to provide a full suite of Project Supervisor functions during the build phase of the above mentioned construction project. A full list of all requirements can be found in Appendix 2, the list below is by way of illustration: Build Phase, to include: • To prepare specifications for all required and associated building works; • To carry out clear and transparent public service construction procurement processes to contract the services of a Quantity Surveyor, Civil Engineer, M&E Engineers and a Prime Contractor for the build phase, including ground works and excavations; • To carry out all relevant site visits to ensure building compliance with all relevant building standards, health and safety standards, all applicable planning permissions and report back to the Authority; • To provide monthly and/or staged cost reporting and projected final accounts reporting; • To provide assessment of monthly progress valuation and payment recommendations;. • To provide all necessary certificates of compliance; • Responsibility for Health and Safety Co-ordindation; • Overall responsibility for management of the build phase through to turn-key finish; • Throughout the project to manage the working relationships of all members of the design and build teams; including any dispute resolution.
