Tender description

This tender relates to the design, fabrication, supply, delivery, off-loading and supervision of the installation of 60m of floating breakwater pontoons at Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre (FHC). The pontoons shall be restrained in place by means of chains and anchors on the seabed. The successful tenderer shall also be required to design and supply all aspects of the anchoring system. They shall also be required to provide an appropriate crane for off-loading at Killybegs and to supervise the installation of the units on site by Department staff. The purpose of the installation is to assess the structures wave attenuation performance for locally generated waves in the harbour. This Contract was awarded to Milford Marina Systems
