Delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2014 Development & Administration Services

PLEASE REFER TO ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR FULL DETAILS, briefly: Tenderers will be required to provide the following services as part of this contract:- • Support existing CRM Developments and provide enhancements where required. • Develop System Requirements documents and cost and time quotations based upon functional specification documents developed by the council. • Attend requirements gathering workshops if required. • Develop CRM solutions based upon the functional and system requirements documentation. • Perform health checks on the CRM instances and install any upgrades and service packs required. • Perform System Administration tasks including security reviews, installation of solutions which maybe sourced from other Local Authorities etc. • Assist in the sourcing and development of relevant mobile applications and mapping solutions to integrate with our CRM solution. • Advise the council on future trends and initative in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. • Provide user guides and training to council staff.
