Contract for the provision of services in Children's Centres

About the Opportunity Westminster City Council is seeking to award two contracts to deliver Children’s Centres Services in the City of Westminster. The opportunity is divided into two Lots. LOT 1: Contract for Children’s Centres Services – Outreach Support for Families and LOT 2: Contract for Children’s Centres Services - Parenting and Family Support Services. Bidders can choose to bid for either one or both Lots. About the buyer’s selection process The Council is using the open tendering procedure for this procurement and it is currently proposed all tender documents (including specifications) will be available to be accessed via the procurement portal “capitalEsourcing” (www.capitalesourcing.com.) from 26.3.14 to 7.4.14. Bidders will be required to submit their bids by noon on 7.5.14 and all communications will be via the capitalEsourcing” portal. The contract start date is anticipated to be 1 October 2014 and the contract term 12 months with the option for the Council to extend at its absolute discretion for a further period or period of up to 12 months in aggregate The award criteria for each lot is the most economically advantageous tender in terms of the criteria stated in the invitation to tender About the buyer The buyer is Westminster City Council
